The sheets have been great and are well made. It was pretty easy but they asked for pictures (which I think is totally reasonable). When I first got the mattress I think I got a defect and they replaced it. Honestly, beds are so personal, you really should try it out yourself. I have a Casper mattress, foundation, sheets, pillows and duvet.
Good customer support seems rare these days so I wanted to acknowledge my appreciation for the good experience. I'm writing this because I just had a very positive experience with Casper customer support. But maybe people want to just share good or bad experiences, which is why I'm here. I don't really understand why anyone would actively be in this sub unless they 1) have an ulterior motive or 2) are looking to find information on buying a mattress (refer back to #1). I've had a Casper mattress for two years.
